He has previously worked with an Ultra-capacitor-based energy storage start-up and comes with technical knowledge and experience with regard to energy access. He is passionate about renewable energy and sustainable livelihood interventions for remote communities.

Co-Founder
A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Neil has previously worked in an Engineering MNC for 5 years before helping a solar Rooftop PV startup get off the ground. He started his journey in the social workspace through SBI foundation’s Rural Development Fellowship and has never looked back. He is eco-conscious, practises the 3R’s religiously, and has taken part in numerous clean-up and afforestation drives in his home city of Bangalore.

Anita Sohtun
Partnership & Team Building
A social sector professional with mixed work experience in banking, customer relations and the social sector. Has previously worked with survivors of caste atrocities, women in sex work, children of prisoners to name a few in both urban and rural settings. Is passionate about gender equality and inclusion. During her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music and trekking.

Fidei Biakmawii Nongrum
Incubation & Entrepreneurship Development
A professional social worker with a strong commitment to development and contributing towards the betterment of the society holistically.
Fidei has been actively involved in the prevention of violence against women and promotion of women's rights as well as many developmental projects in Meghalaya. Her philosophical belief is 'Everything happens for a reason'.

Founder
Nagakarthik MP is the founder of Sauramandala Foundation an organization that works to improve the development indicators of remote, vulnerable, and disconnected communities. An engineer by education, he has spent the last 8 years working across the Indian Himalayan region and the North Eastern states to design large-scale programs across health, education, climate, and entrepreneurship. While not working, he can mostly be found on a motorcycle in some corner of the country.

Parij is a communications pro with a heart for rural development, always chasing stories from the country’s most remote corners. Wonder, a commerce graduate, brings his expertise in accounts and admin to the social sector, championing causes that matter. Having previously worked with a women's rights organization, he’s a dedicated advocate for gender equality. Beyond his talent for precision with financial figures, Wonder’s true superpower is his endurance—able to play back-to-back football matches without missing a beat

Dhirendra brings 12+ years of experience in the development sector, wearing hats from operations to M&E, resource mobilization, and more. Passionate about entrepreneurship, livelihoods, institution building, and education, he’s been a Gandhi Fellow and worked with Drishtee Foundation and Ibtada. Known for his commitment to transparency, teamwork, and collaboration, he is dedicated to making a difference

Adelyn is a seasoned management pro with 16 years in human resources, including key roles across various departments. She brings to us her vast experience of working with government systems and departments helping us design our processes better. Atanu brings over 20 years of experience in research, communications, and project management for social impact across continents. He has led innovative digital technology projects that improve processes in agriculture, primary health, and public finance management, collaborating with renowned organizations. Atanu holds a BA (Honors) in English from the University of Burdwan and an Executive Master’s in eGovernance from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland.

Alem is an architect, passionate about green and contextual design. She graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, and has experience in the institute, hospitality, and residential fields. As the PSREF architect, she works with the rural entrepreneurs, networking and analyzing their needs to design workspaces (industrial design) for them and additionally designing retail and café spaces for market linkage and expansion.

Liankhanlun Guite from Manipur and currently resides in Shillong. Recently, I joined PRIME Rural (PSREF) Shillong as an MTA. Prior to this, he was associated with the Directorate of Census Operations, Meghalaya, Shillong, for more than three years as a junior consultant in the Administration Section. He has completed his higher secondary education at Rockvale Academy, Kalimpong, and graduated from Zakir Husain College, New Delhi.
