About the position

As the Lead Program Manager and Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and management of various projects and initiatives of CFAD with the partner organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the program management function and ensuring seamless operations to support the achievement of goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.


What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish clear project goals, performance metrics, and key success criteria, regularly monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Along with MLE, Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to support the team and the stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

  • Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on program and operational performance.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop project budgets and monitor expenses.
